Once it's paid, it's yours
The site and your web address belong to you. Hosting and the web address are included for the first 12 months.
After the first year
Keep it with me for $20 a month, covering hosting, your web address and small changes, or take the site and host it anywhere you like.
Not included: logo design, photography, online shops and booking systems. Ask and I'll quote them separately.

CleanPage Web Design is me, Chase Lent. I build websites for local businesses: landscapers, cleaners, plumbers, salons and anyone else who would rather be doing the work than fiddling with a website builder.
I keep things simple on purpose. You get a clean site that loads fast, works on phones and makes it easy for customers to get in touch. You deal with me directly from start to finish.
Do I really see a preview before paying?
Yes. I build a preview with your business name and services first. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.
What do I need to give you?
Your business name, what you offer, how customers should contact you, and a few photos of your work if you have them. I can write the wording from a short conversation.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can spread the price over six monthly payments. Paying upfront costs a little less. Either way, once it's paid in full the site is yours.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Small changes are included in the $20 a month care plan. Without it, changes after launch are $50 an hour.
Do I need my own web address?
You'll want one, such as yourbusiness.com. If you don't have one yet, I'll help you choose it and set it up.
